Due to the ongoing situation we all face with COVID-19 and to comply with social distancing guidelines, we have made the following changes to our services.

Changes to services

We are going to be operating with reduced staffing for the time being however please rest assured that this will not impact the quality of care for your dog. This does however mean that we will only be accepting a smaller number of dogs in for daycare at one time, therefor it would be advised to book daycare as much in advanced as possible to avoid disappointment.

Social Distancing

Please note that presently our reception area will be closed and we will be unable to accept payment via cash or card. Instead all payments will be requested to be paid via our secure online payment system prior to the day of daycare.

We have also made changes to how dogs are dropped off and collected from our centre in order to comply with social distancing rules. A step-by-step guide will be emailed to you upon booking with details of the process.
